In this picture what I think we can see is that people are using public transportation in the day but the weather is quite bad. People there have to go through the streets when they are all flooded. Instead, a young man tries to go quickly through the streets because they're covered in water from rain. He does this because he can save in transportation and it seems it would also be quicker as it looks that he is going super quick even when comparing him to the bus.

    And, also, that this happens in Russia because of the text in the bus.
    Now, as to why are them all wearing glasses in the bus I don't know. That doesn't have an explanation yet...

    In a more objective way, I think this image is not funny. Because I would myself no matter how witty an alternative to regular transportation is wouldn't take it. It could be dangerous and I simply don't find it amusing.
    Also, this picture is a fake.
    The young man was photoshopped in the picture. Notice how the lightning in him doesn't match with the one on the bus. Also, the water splashes have been retouched to look more convincing. Look at the water splashing on top and you can make how it is just too uniform to be real. The water also isn't deep enough to do that thing of allowing him to run very quickly over it with those things in his feet.

They well very hangry and confortable in the pool, so they decided put on the pool a bbq, thats a crazy idea.

It's were in the second word on your sentence instead of well
And *hungry instead of hangry
And *comfortable instead of confortable

Lastly, you're conjugating your verb wrong. You're missing to put the to in "they decided to put on the pool a..."

In this image we can see a little girl pasted in the wall with that strong grey tape, beside the girl there´s a teddy duck in the same position of the little girl, and the girl is trying to take the teddy, that image is kind of inhuman, poor child, we can think that the parents do it as a joke but it still wrong.

I think this is horrible as well, but the girl seems well-clothed and doesn't seem to mind
